Dr. Sanjay holds a bachelor of technology degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a master of science degree (clinical engineering) from the Case Western Reserve University, Ohio, USA. He also holds a doctorate in philosophy from the Johns Hopkins University. He has 30 years of experience in pharmaceuticals industry and technology-led healthcare solutions provider sector.

Manish holds a bachelor of technology degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has 22 years of experience in technology-led healthcare solutions provider sector.

Peter is responsible for driving strategic client engagement, with a focus on the commercial segment of the life sciences value chain.

Peter brings more than 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry. Most recently, he was the President of Field Solutions at Eversana. He has previously worked with Alamo Pharma Services and inVentiv Health.

Peter serves on the faculty of Rutgers Business School Pharmaceutical MBA program and is a three-time honoree of PharmaVoice Magazine's 100 Most Inspiring Leaders. He is an alumnus of San Diego State University.

Ram brings more than 25 years of life sciences industry experience and expertise spanning clinical development and postmarket support. He is responsible for establishing and growing the Indegene clinical business with a focus on clinical digital transformation initiatives across large pharma and emerging biotech. As an entrepreneur, he earlier cofounded and led the global growth of a full-service CRO. At Indegene, he leverages insights from real-world data, cutting-edge digital technologies, deep domain expertise, and global delivery to orchestrate digital first propositions across data, content, and core clinical development operations. Ram is an alumnus of IIT, Madras.

Tarun has over 27 years of experience and has been associated with Indegene for the past 17+ years. He leads the technology domain at Indegene and his responsibilities include development of technology-based solutions focused on the healthcare industry. His strengths lie in his technological expertise and business acumen, which help in developing various platforms and next-generation IT solutions.

Dennis holds a master of science degree in economics from Tilburg University, Netherlands. He has over 19 years of experience in consumer data research and commercial and business administration. Prior to joining DT Associates Limited, he was associated with medCrowd Limited and Forrester Research B.V.

Tim holds a master of arts degree in economics from Tilburg University, Netherlands. He has over 12 years of experience in business consulting and operations. Prior to joining DT Associates Limited, he was associated with medCrowd Limited, Sapient Netherlands B.V and Forrester Research B.V.

Sameer holds a bachelor of science degree and a bachelor of science (technology) degree, both from University of Mumbai and master of management studies degree from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He has 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry and technology-led healthcare solutions provider sector. Prior to joining Indegene, Inc., he was associated with GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited, Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited and Sudler & Hennessey Private Limited.

Marut holds a bachelor of technology degree in electronics and communication engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur and master of business administration degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He has over 11 years of experience in digital technology and technology-led healthcare solutions provider sector. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Wipro GE Healthcare Private Limited as chief marketing officer, GE Healthcare South Asia and ABB Limited.

Suhas holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mangalore University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 20 years of experience in finance. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Sasken Communication Technologies Limited.

Gaurav holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Bangalore University. He has 22 years of experience in technology-led healthcare solutions provider sector.

Anand holds a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and a master’s degree in pharmacy, both from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, India. He has 22 years of experience in technology-led healthcare solutions provider sector.

Dr. Jim Metropoulos is a physician with unique experience and perspectives on the role of professional pharmaceutical advertising, direct-to-consumer communications, medical affairs, and continuing professional development of healthcare professionals on clinical medicine and patient outcomes.

A senior executive in healthcare communications for the past 31 years, Jim co-founded CultHealth, a full-service, healthcare marketing agency for many life sciences brands.

Dr. Metropoulos is the only physician to have led two full-service healthcare marketing agencies, becoming CEO of Euro RSCG Life Worldwide, the global healthcare communications network of Euro RSCG Worldwide and Havas in 2007. Previously, he was Co-President of Sudler & Hennessey and Chief Strategic Officer for Lowe McAdams Healthcare Worldwide. He has also served as the Chief Medical Resident at Staten Island University Hospital (a teaching affiliate of SUNY Downstate) in the past.

Jim completed his education at SUNY Brooklyn (Downstate) Medical School and Colgate University (Phi Beta Kappa).

Sudhir brings over 22 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.

Currently, he leads two of Indegene’s key accounts and manages the global relationship across Regulatory, Medical and Commercial segments.

In his 17 plus years at Indegene, Sudhir has played multiple roles and built and led large teams in Operations, Pre-sales, Account management and Business development. He has been instrumental in not only launching some large brands but also in operationalizing large global rollouts for the medical, commercial and marketing teams through operational excellence, strategic planning and execution.

Prior to joining Indegene, Sudhir has worked at global brand agencies such as Sorento (now Havas Life Sorento), McCann Health and Sudler & Hennessey with a focus on developing and shaping the brand identity of many successful brands.

Sudhir is a pharmacy graduate and holds a post-graduation degree in business administration.

Gurpinder brings close to two decades of experience in Healthcare, with over a decade in digital transformation roles. At Indegene, he is responsible for Global Omnichannel Campaign Strategy, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Content & Creative workstreams for the Omnichannel Activation Business.

He is a Commercial Transformation Practitioner and has led the Digital, Data, and Analytics practices for large pharmaceutical companies in the past. He has led digital transformation at multiple large enterprises, such as Cipla and Wockhardt. Most recently, he was the Head of Customer Engagement at GSK, responsible for Digital Marketing and Commercial Effectiveness. He is passionate about delivering digital experiences to Healthcare Professionals & Consumers.

He has studied Ophthalmic Techniques and completed an apprenticeship from Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh, and is an Executive MBA in Marketing.

Norma is responsible for the Business Development of Commercialization Solutions for Indegene’s Emerging Biotech Business Unit.

She partners with emerging biotech companies to appropriately translate their needs into a tailored end-to-end solution from late-stage product development through go-to-market commercialization, helping deliver their products to the patients who need them, in an efficient and cost-effective way.

Before joining Indegene, Norma worked at Merck & Co for 32 years, leading global teams across the enterprise in Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and IT. She has led strategy development and execution for divisions, markets, brands, payers, and sales with a focus on digital and operating model transformation.

Norma holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Villanova University, USA.

Shalini brings over 20 years of experience in the life sciences and healthcare industry. She is VP, Key Accounts at Indegene, responsible for unlocking more value in key accounts and improving client satisfaction.

Prior to Indegene, she held entrepreneurial roles in Wipro, Evalueserve, WNS, LiquidHub Analytics (formerly Annik, a Capgemini company) to incubate consulting practices, solutions, and teams. She has played a key role with Ascensia Diabetes care (a spin-off of Bayer) & Abbott as the Commercial Head.

Shalini is an inventor of a collaborative care platform, a holistic, connected care/remote monitoring/digital health solution with successful launches of value-based care models across life science & medical device organizations.

She has a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University, an MBA degree from Amity Business School, India and has completed an Executive Program on US Health reforms from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, USA.

Keith is responsible for Global Accounts & Strategic Deals.

He brings over 35 years of experience in healthcare and technology, across business development, delivery, and consulting. Most recently, he was a member of the Board of Novartis Pharma and was accountable for all Commercial functions across 35 countries. He has previously worked with Gemini, Johnson & Johnson, IBM, Infosys, Ernst & Young, and Cognizant. He specializes in corporate and commercial strategy and Transformational Change.

Keith is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Gobin brings extensive experience in Strategy and Operations. He leads our relationship with multiple European Key Accounts and has an overall mandate to grow Indegene’s footprint in Europe.

Prior to Indegene. he worked with Bain & Company for over six years across Chicago, Bengaluru, and New Delhi. He has also led global operations for a medical devices business in Gaithersburg MD, USA

Gobin holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics) degree from the University of Delhi, India, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, USA.

Jay D. Schwartz is the VP of Customer Engagement for Omnichannel Activation where he serves as a subject matter expert in digital rep equivalence and the transition to a hybrid sales and marketing model. He regularly partners with the sales team and focuses on improving the omnichannel pipeline.

With over 30 years of experience in commercializing medicines, Jay’s leadership experience bridges both sales and marketing disciplines. Most recently, he was Head of Sales Operations at Leo Pharmaceuticals and led sales operational efforts to launch a new monoclonal antibody, Tralokinumab, for atopic dermatitis. Under Jay’s leadership, they instituted several successful initiatives to support the salesforce launch selling efforts including Next Best Action, Power BI–based sales performance dashboards, cloud hosted territory level business planning, new territory alignments and targeting, omnichannel roadmap design, and a novel launch performance monitoring program.

Jay has helped launch many new medicines and has played a significant role in the development of the GSK respiratory portfolio to therapeutic category leadership. He holds a B.S. in Pharmacy, an M.S. in Pharmaceutical Marketing, and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Samantha is a highly accomplished executive with expertise in managing client services and customer retention initiatives for over 15 years. With a proven track record of assessing risks, executing strategies, building team, launching product, she can lead organizations through critical transitions. By leading the high-performing teams, she has demonstrated success in penetrating untapped markets, surpassing targets, innovation, and identifying growth opportunities.

At Indegene, Samantha is responsible for the delivery and execution of the Development and Co-commercialization Biotech business. She manages all aspects of client relationship, including driving top-line performance across all business units. She partners with client’s senior leadership to develop organizational strategy across multiple initiatives to ensure all projects work in concert.

Prior to joining Indegene, she was a leader in Klick Health’s rare disease portfolio. Samantha also served as the agency of record lead for several top pharma companies such as Pfizer, AZ, BMS, and Merck as well as led product launches with different business units. She has held senior roles in various top creative agencies such as DRAFTFCB and Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness.

Samantha holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University.

Jitesh heads the Enterprise Informatics Office (EIO) within the technology function at Indegene. EIO is focused on advancing digital tech solutions to tap growth through a modern data stack, advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation as the differentiator. Jitesh is responsible for creating and integrating proprietary software, artificial intelligence, and data assets that drive revenue and efficiency within Indegene key businesses while significantly improving margins.

Jitesh has more than 25 years of experience in business and digital tech acceleration. He brings expertise in data ecosystems, data engineering, data science, Dev/MLOps along with product development and research. Jitesh held leadership roles in Evalueserve before joining Indegene. His other experiences are in the area of enterprise web application development and systems integration.

Jitesh holds a graduate degree in computer science and engineering from Utkal University and a masters in international business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.

Karthik Kannappan (KK) is the Vice president and Group General Counsel of Indegene. He leads the legal and compliance function for our company and its global operation. He is a strategic business partner ensuring success for Indegene in legal and regulatory matters, while spearheading its compliance and ethics program.

Karthik is a seasoned professional with more than 16 years of experience, both as General Counsel at a large IT/ITES services company and Deputy General Counsel as well as Global Head of Ethics and Compliance at a leading global biosimilars company with several in-market and in-development biosimilars including monoclonal antibodies for cancer and autoimmune diseases, insulin, and insulin analogs for diabetes and conjugated recombinant proteins.

Recognized as a Board Certified Medical Affairs Specialist (BCMASTM), he mastered the industry standard of knowledge through intense study, self-assessment, and practical application, qualified to advise on various legal aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, medical device, diagnostics, and biotechnology companies.

Karthik Kannappan has an LL.B. degree from Bangalore University.

Vikas is responsible for the Enterprise Technology Office (ETO) for the next-generation product development and technical management of Content Supply, Safety, Transformative Software Solutions, Testing, and Automation functions. His primary focus is to strengthen and build future ready enterprise technology products

Vikas has deep expertise in handling tools and technology portfolios and improving the automation majority levels of organizations using Artificial Intelligence/Deep Learning (AI/DL), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cloud Platforms, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Process Management (BPM) platforms.

He has more than 25 years of experience managing large programs, implementations, support, and migrations spanning different time zones. He has expertise in setting up new accounts, handling large teams, and building client relationships.

Vikas has worked with Tech Mahindra, Information Services Group, and IBM. He holds a a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Kanpur.

As a pharmacist, PhD, Bill has held a variety of positions within the healthcare industry including pharmaceutical consulting, marketing research as well as both hospital and community pharmacy practice. Since 2001 at MME, an Indegene Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access business, Bill has developed pricing strategies for biopharmaceuticals at both the US level and multinational level. His interest in healthcare decision-making has driven the development and growth of MME’s market and pricing research arm. Prior to joining MME, he served as Vice President of Operations for a medical device firm.

Bill graduated from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy and holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Marketing from the University of Mississippi. He currently holds an adjunct appointment in the Department of Pharmacy Administration as an assistant professor. He has more than 25 peer-reviewed articles and presentations.

Within Indegene, Kevin brings his experience to bear by helping clients to navigate through the complex world of healthcare institutions and physician practice issues, including reimbursement and the ways in which pricing and marketing programs affect decisions in those settings. With his practical experience in the hospital and community practice settings, he has led many of our provider-based technology projects for the past several years. His client base focuses on specialty product in the orphan and oncology/hematology markets providing strategic pricing, reimbursement, and market access consulting for large and small companies.

Previously, Kevin has held positions with Ernst & Young, LLP, and with Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, Inc., where he was the Director of Finance for Ambulatory Operations, Inc. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.

Amit helps biopharmaceutical companies in developing optimal launch, market access, pricing, reimbursement, contracting strategies, and tactics. He has experience in a broad array of disease and therapeutic areas, involving large and small molecules. With training in pharmacy, pharmaceutical marketing, and marketing research, Amit leads projects that help examine product level clinical and economic value, demand, pricing, and sales.

Amit has several peer-reviewed publications and has published in multiple areas including physician and patient decision-making, health economics, price controls, customer relationship marketing, marketing ethics, and policy. Amit likes to teach and mentor students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has Adjunct Professor positions at the University of Mississippi, University of Southern California, and Manipal University.

Amit holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai, MET Institute of Pharmacy, an MS in Pharmaceutical Marketing from St. John’s University, New York, and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Mississippi.

Jack provides critical global support for strategic marketing and pricing decisions to clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. As a recognized expert consultant since 2001, he has successfully completed engagements encompassing many product classes and therapeutic areas that centered on value and its interaction with pricing, payers, reimbursement, and marketing, in general, at both MME and predecessor organizations.

During his tenure at Roche Laboratories Inc., Jack established the company’s Pharmaceutical Pricing and Contracting Department. As the director of this group, he successfully increased the size and scope of the group’s activities dramatically to cover a multitude of strategic, tactical, and operational issues involving pricing, reimbursement, and discounting in both the United States and other major global markets.

Previously, Jack spent 10 years as a commercial banker in corporate lending, managing relationships for customers ranging in size from multibillion dollar organizations to entrepreneurial firms and not-for-profit organizations. Jack received a BS in Finance from Lehigh University.

Raghavendra is responsible for Client Delivery Operations within the Commercial BU managing teams across engagements as the leader of Capability and Operations Tower. He is experienced in delivering Transformation Solutions in the digital experience space leveraging mobile, portal, content, and commerce platforms. Raghavendra has incubated several competencies in this space-developing capabilities to serve customers, rolling out new offerings in line with the market needs, and leveraging accelerators and automation assets.

Before joining Indegene, Raghavendra has led Global Practice Delivery across Wipro, Cognizant, and DXC Technology. He holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Mysore.

Nikesh leads the Global Safety business for Indegene. He is also responsible for Marketing, Presales and Strategic Initiatives for the Enterprise Medical BU. Previously, Nikesh headed the Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access & HEOR business for Indegene, and was instrumental in completing the acquisition of a PRMA advisory firm (MME) and successfully integrating it into Indegene. Prior to this, Nikesh headed the Corporate Strategy function at Indegene, working with the Executive Leadership team to identify and execute strategic initiatives for the organization.

Prior to joining Indegene, Nikesh was the COO for the next-generation diagnostics start-up, GenePath Dx. Nikesh has also worked with Infosys BPO and Accenture. Nikesh holds an Engineering degree from Mumbai University and has completed his MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Vishal has a judicious mix of corporate and academic backgrounds, which he brings to our strategic Human Resources function. In a career spanning 22 years, he has worked in industries such as IT services, Fintech and Retail while handling diverse roles in HR, Sales, and Consulting. His passion for people and people development has seen him handle global roles in Leadership, Talent, Culture and Organization Development in companies such as Paytm, Wipro and iDiscoveri, an education and learning start-up. He has published in international journals and presented in international conferences. Vishal holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a PhD in Organization Capability from IIM Bangalore

Soundarya is responsible for overall planning, forecasting, and reporting of financial and operation metrics for the company. She drives consensus among multiple stakeholders based on future needs by partnering with Indegene's various business units, enabling functions, the executive leadership, and the board.

Soundarya comes from GE Healthcare, where she was leading Financial Planning and Analysis for South Asia. She managed relations with executive leadership and joint venture partners, led `Make in India` initiatives, and enabled government advocacy and new partnerships. Soundarya has been part of GE's Leadership Programs – Finance Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff and also led GE Women's Network for Healthcare sites. She also has prior work experience with TVS Motors and Hewlett Packard. Soundarya is a qualified Cost & Works Accountant and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research.

Howard is responsible for the Business Development and Strategy for Indegene's biotech sector business globally. Before joining Indegene, he was Vice President of Pfizer's Patient Health & Impact group, where he led Global HEOR, MA, and Pricing for Pfizer's largest business unit. In his 31-year stint at Pfizer, Howard held numerous commercial and operational roles, including sales leadership, leadership development, and senior roles in a start-up business unit.

At Indegene, Howard will focus on partnering with emerging biotech companies to deliver their products, to the patients who desperately need them, efficiently and cost-effectively by leveraging our capabilities in R&D, medical, and commercial. He will also help drive the expansion of Indegene's comprehensive market access unit. Howard holds a bachelor's degree from The College of William and Mary, USA, and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, USA. He is also the recipient of the prestigious L. Jones Tucker Award (1988-1989).

Nitin brings close to 21+ years of experience across the healthcare & life sciences sector with technology depth ranging from enterprise applications to the new age digital, artificial intelligence, big data, and advanced analytics paradigms. He brings in expertise around a large spectrum of life sciences business challenges ranging from patient engagement platforms, digital health and medicine solutions, drug launch and commercialization, real world-evidence, digital trials, smart supply chain solutions combining deep subject matter knowledge, digital acumen, partner ecosystems, organization leadership, and team-building capabilities.

Nitin leads Indegene's commercial innovation through a variety of transformative digital solutions & enabled services around emerging commercial models in life sciences. He is focused on helping clients chart the next generation of HCP and patients engagement through a merge of deep domain expertise, content capabilities, technology, operations, and analytics. Nitin has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a postgraduate diploma in industrial management.

Saurabh has worked on new commercial models and has addressed the challenges within the pharma industry around engagement with the key stakeholders. With over 17 years of industry experience, he has helped industry players to engage stakeholders (HCPs/Nurses/Pharmacists/Payers/Internal Reps/Patients, and other teams) in a more engaging manner through various digital channels and media. He has also established Medical Engagement Centers for Multichannel Marketing (MCM), Medical Information Management (MIM), and Patient Engagement Programs across the globe. Saurabh also has a strong interest in accredited CME programs; he has worked extensively on CME/CPD projects across Asia Pacific (India, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Philippines) and Europe, with the respective International Center of Excellence. He pursued his MBBS from the Bangalore University, India

Marc has over 25 years of experience in healthcare. This includes sales, US and global brand marketing, sales and marketing operations, CRM, CLM, and multichannel marketing for HCPs and consumers at Bayer, Sanofi, and Pfizer. He joined Indegene in 2012 and serves as VP of Strategy and Applied Digital Transformation, partnering with clients to drive and accelerate digital maturity and new commercialization models.

Marc earned his graduate degree in Economics in Germany with a focus on finance and marketing.

Bina leads the Human Resources unit of Indegene. She has over 22 years of experience, including over 11 years of experience at Indegene, in Talent Management, Team Development, and Global Systems. She holds a Degree in Bachelor of Arts from the Bangalore University, India and a Master of Social Work degree from the Pune University, India.

Junaid leads the HCP and Patient Omnichannel Customer Experience Campaign Strategy and Operations at Indegene. Throughout his career, Junaid has been partnering with life sciences and consumer services brands to engage and generate conversations with their customers. Junaid's focus has been on creating tactical strategy, channel management, campaign management, digital media, database, and analytics. He helps design impactful patient and HCP campaigns across channels and tactics using relevant and personalized content. He leads an amazingly talented team of omnichannel strategy and operations experts.

Junaid holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Houston and is based outside of New York in Fairfield, CT.

He is a member of the YPO Gold Mumbai Chapter. He was a member of Central Direct Taxes Advisory Committee of the Government of India constituted in 2008.

Mark holds a bachelor of science degree from the Wehle School of Business, Canisius College and a master’s degree in business administration from the Columbia University, New York, USA. He has 28 years of experience in investment banking and asset management. He is on the board of Columbia Business School. He has previously worked at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and General Atlantic LLC. He is the managing partner of Brighton Park Capital. He is a nominee of BPC Group.

Neeraj holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard University. He has several years of experience in private equity. He is a managing director of Carlyle Asia Buyout Fund. He is a nominee of CA Dawn Investments on the board of our Company.

Jairaj holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Bombay. He is a qualified chartered accountant. He has several years of experience in taxation. Previously, he was an Executive Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited where he was member of the India leadership team as markets and industries leader and western India region managing partner and has been the chairman of Ernst & Young LLP. He is a member of the YPO Gold Mumbai Chapter. He was a member of Central Direct Taxes Advisory Committee of the Government of India constituted in 2008.
